Returns & Exchanges

At Toronto GTA, we offer a 30-day return window for most items to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship or Local Drop-off

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or visit our designated GTA hub for a free in-person return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
